How our employees give back
Volunteering
We provide our employees with VTO hours that they can use to support local non-profits. So far, our employees have volunteered 14,629 hours in our communities.

Donation matching
Connexus offers a dollar-for-dollar employee donation match of up to $5,000 per employee, per year. This helps our employees maximize their giveback in the ways that mean the most to them.

Our community partners
Connexus Cares has provided resources, time, and funds to over 300 local and national charities. We prioritize support and funding to organizations that provide basic humanitarian needs (like food, shelter, and crisis services) and those that work with at-risk youth, seniors, and veterans.
