How our employees give back
Volunteering
We provide our employees with Volunteer Time Off (VTO) hours that they can use to support local non-profits. So far, our employees have volunteered 14,629 hours in our communities.

In 2023, Connexus Cares supported more than 320 local and national non-profit organizations, impacting more than 9 million lives1. Marking five years of impactful giveback, we’re excited to share our Connexus Cares 2023 Impact Report, detailing how we allocated funds and time, our commitment to the communities we serve, the milestones we achieved together, and more.
Our community partners
Connexus Cares has provided resources, time, and funds to over 300 local and national charities. We prioritize support and funding to organizations that provide basic humanitarian needs (like food, shelter, and crisis services) and those that work with at-risk youth, seniors, and veterans.
