How to get started
- Call 800.845.5025.
- To access Telephone Banking, press 1 or say, “telephone banking.” A voice menu or dial pad menu is available for your convenience.
- When prompted, enter your member number.
- When prompted, enter your access code. NOTE: If this is your first time using Telephone Banking or you don’t remember your access code, you will be prompted to set up a new one.
- Listen to the menu prompts and select the transaction/information desired.
Tips for using Telephone Banking
- Enter monetary amounts in dollars and cents, using the star key (*) as the decimal place.
- When using the voice menu, speak clearly and avoid using speaker phone.
- When using the dial pad menu, following each entry with the pound key (#) will expedite your selection.
- Remember – your member number is different than your checking/saving account numbers.
- Transfers can be completed to or from any account on which you currently have ownership.
