When I returned home late last night, I had a phone message from the Fraud Service team that I had suspicious activity on my Connexus card. I called immediately tho it was late, and was told that an attempt by someone in Canada to remove funds had been denied. First they attempted and succeeded with a .43 cent charge, then tried $416. The Fraud rep was very courteous and helpful, cancelled my card and advised that I replace it. I was contacted by Connexus this morning before I had a chance to call them. I found this customer service to be excellent!! Thanks!
